Singapore, [2nd January 2025] — The Sales Income Program (Singapore) is excited to announce the launch of its innovative 2025 campaign, designed to empower and engage youths during the pivotal transition period after their O Levels and N Levels as they prepare for their next educational steps into polytechnics or ITEs. This initiative offers young individuals not only a meaningful way to spend their school holidays but also a unique opportunity to gain early work experience and develop essential skills.

This year’s campaign introduces an engaging approach where participating youths will be involved in selling specially designed crystal pens and/or our popular combination vouchers. These products not only appeal to a broad audience but also give the youths a chance to learn about direct sales, customer interaction, and basic business principles.

A Dual-Purpose Initiative The SIPS 2025 campaign is not just about providing part-time income opportunities; it’s a opportunity that integrates mentorship and professional development. Participants will receive training and coaching in sales and communication, tailored specifically to enhance their natural youthful energy and enthusiasm with professional polish and effectiveness.

Building Skills and Confidence "Our goal is to equip these young participants with more than just temporary job skills," explains Mr Leonard Goh, a program coordinator at SIPS. "We are here to help them build confidence, develop social skills, and understand the value of their contributions to both their own lives and the community."

Mentorship and Guidance An integral part of the SIPS experience is the mentorship provided by seniors in the enterprise. These mentors guide participants through the intricacies of sales strategies, customer service, and even personal branding. Moreover, mentors give these youths advice on any topic that they might need counsel on such as for example, ensuring that participants are aware of the social support schemes available to them, which can be crucial for those from marginalised backgrounds.

Community and Connection In addition to job skills, the campaign fosters a sense of community among the participants. Through SIPS, youths are encouraged to engage with peers and mentors, creating a network that supports them through their personal and professional journeys. The program not only prepares them for their immediate future in higher education but also instills a robust foundation for lifelong success.

As we look forward to the positive impact of the 2025 campaign, Sales Income Program (Singapore) invites local communities to support these young entrepreneurs. Whether by purchasing a crystal pen or our unique combo voucher, you are helping to support our youth through building their confidence and earn an income for their future.
